You can report an error in two ways

Logged in user
1. Log in to Antiloop.
2. Click on "Report an error".
3. Choose the right facility.
4. Fill in the details and click on "Send". 5. Done!

Without login
1. Click on "Report an error" without logging in.
2. Enter the reference number of the facility and your e-mail address.
3. Confirm that it is the correct facility.
4. Fill in the details and click on "Send".
5. Done!

Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
Closed for lunch: 12:00 - 13:00
Closed on public holidays and bank holidays

Please note that we are closed for lunch between 12-13 every weekday and that we are closed on public holidays and all bank holidays.

To reset your password, please follow the steps below

Click on "Forgot password" on the login page.
Enter your email address associated with your account.
Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password.
Log in with your new password.
